Simplified Return & Refund Policy for Low-Value Orders

At ZESTSOX, we aim to resolve issues efficiently and fairly, especially for low-value, lightweight products like socks.
To avoid the hassle and cost of international returns, we offer a simplified refund process based on the severity of the issue.


Refund Without Return Policy

Depending on the condition of the product, we may offer one of the following:

🔹 Partial Refund – 50%

If the product has a minor defect (e.g. small stitching error, slight discoloration) but is still usable,
you may receive a 50% refund of the product value without needing to return the item.

🔸 Full Refund – 100%

If the product has a serious quality issue that renders it unusable (e.g. torn, mismatched size, functional failure),
we may issue a 100% refund — no return required.


📸 What You Need to Provide

To be eligible for either refund:

  1. Email us at info@zestsox.com

  2. Include your order number

  3. Attach clear photos showing the issue (at least 2–3 images from different angles)

⚠️ This Policy Applies To

  • Orders with a total value under $20 USD

  • Shipments via YunExpress, Cainiao, or other economy logistics services
